Some of my clients rather go for a walk or hike instead of working out indoors at my private gym. 

I offer going on walks or hikes with my clients at local parks or just walking in the neighborhood. 

Walking with my clients gives them a great cardio workout and it is very easy and relaxing while being outdoors and enjoying nature. 


Some of my clients prefer a good outdoor walk after a stressful day and take that time to talk to me about their lifestyle and ask questions on how they can improve their lifestyle to get healthier. 


Other clients prefer to go for a walk at the beach or a bicycle ride or even the Santa Monica Stairs. 

Whatever it is you want to do and you need the extra push to do it, I will help you and I will be there along with you.
