"I started working with Michael after I had a bad bought with mononucleosis. During the mono I had lost close to 20 lbs. I am a 19 year old athlete, water polo and rugby. Healthy I am a solid 170 lbs at 5'10". After the mono, I weighed as little as 153 lbs. I not only looked weak, but felt weak.
Michael explained to me his Super Slow program of muscle gain. It sounded like a program I should enlist in. There was another problem; I only had a few weeks before I left for college on the East Coast at Tufts University. Michael said no problem.
Michael is not only a great personal trainer, but a great person.
Realizing that I am a poor college student, Michael and I worked out a good deal for his services.
I started his super slow and was amazing at the immediate improvement that I made. Within the first couple visits, I worked out with Michael 3 days a week for about 30 minutes, the charts showed a great deal of me getting stronger. This was also my first time using machines, normally I lift free weights and it was a great transition.
Michael explains everything very well.
I am now back to my playing weight and shape. My body no longer looks sickly but I look fit again. Maybe even more fit than I was before starting training with Michael. I highly recommend Michael as a Personal Trainer for anyone. He can tailor his regiment to anyone or whatever you want. He is very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in his program."
