Try Our Trial Session Pass 

    •    Pay-Per-Session: $90 per session

       •    Pay 10 Sessions: $850 (must be used within 20 weeks)

 

 

Once a Week - $365/Month

    •    One 30-minute full-body, slow-motion, high-intensity strength training workout per week.

 

Twice a Week - $710/Month

    •    Two 30-minute full-body, slow-motion, high-intensity strength training workouts per week.

 

Three Times a Week - $975/Month

    •    Three 30-minute full-body, slow-motion, high-intensity strength training workouts per week. 

 

Membership Rules

 

    •    All memberships must be paid monthly in advance.

    •    Schedule and attend all sessions within the month. No refunds or discounts for unused sessions.

 

Tardiness and Rescheduling Policy

 

    •    Reschedule sessions with at least 12 hours’ notice. Less than 12 hours’ notice counts as a canceled session.

    •    Late arrivals may result in reduced workout time.

    •    Share your remaining sessions with a family member or friend if you can’t attend a makeup session. Provide written notice (via text) with the name of the person using your session.
