water exercises and stretches

For my in home clients, if you have a pool at your home, I offer water exercises and stretches. 

Benefits of pool exercises and stretches: 

Water exercises are a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen your muscles.

These exercises can also have several health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength. Exercising in the water can be a great way to include physical activity into your life. You can even do water exercises if you don't know how to swim.

You might start with water walking. In water that's about waist-high, walk across the pool swinging your arms as you do when walking on land.

Than I can do some stretches in the pool and have you float while I move your body and get you into these stretches. It is very relaxing and easier than normal stretching.
