Before you commit to any of my pre-paid packages or programs, I understand that you first want to try a single session and see if you like my style. That's why I offer a discount* on the first introductory session for anyone who wants to give it a try. (*First-time clients only.)

Afterwards you can start on a pre-paid package as little as 6 sessions at a time, but if you truly want to change the look of your body, you need to commit to at least two sessions per week. Two to three sessions per week will give you the quickest results. Seriously, if you want to create better health and lose body fat, you need to get on my 12-weeks weight-loss program. That is either 24 or 36 sessions, depending if you want to work out two or three times a week.

The reason why I designed a 12-weeks weight-loss program is simple. It takes time to change your body and you can't get any results in just a few sessions here and there when you feel like it.

With my 12-weeks weight-loss program you are committed to at least 24 or 36 sessions within those 12 weeks and you will see results. After my 12-weeks weight-loss program you may continue working out with me on my maintenance program.

The choice is yours, whether you buy 1 session, 6 sessions at a time or you want to start my 12-weeks weight-loss program.

For those who have limited time and still want to get a great workout, there is a solution SuperSlow® sessions (30-minute workouts).

I also have Core-Training-Sessions for those who want to get stronger core muscles and prevent lower back pain from weak core muscles. I believe that young and old should have a core-training-session at least once a week. I also work with the Core X System™ as seen in Sports Illustrated Magazine.

  • This is a very effective way of Strength Training in a minimum of time.
  • This is only available at my Private Training Studio because it is more effective with weight machines.
  • 30 minutes of Strength Training. No Cardio is done during a SuperSlow® session.

Core Training Sessions (30-45 minutes)

Core training is for EVERYONE! Everyone should do a core-training-session at least once a week. A strong, stable core can help to prevent injuries because with stronger muscles supporting the spine, pelvis, and shoulder joints it can better handle the forces of rotation and compression that lead to back and joint injuries. Core X System™ Sessions (30 minutes)

I also teach core sessions using the Core X System™. This type of exercise is great for golf players trying to build a stronger core and improve their overall game. Many athletes have used this method to strengthen their core. (See rates)

The Core X System™ was developed by Alex McKechnie, trainer to professional athletes like the Los Angeles Lakers. He has worked with Shaquille O’Neal, Steve Nash, Lamaar Odom, Luke Walton, Grant Hill, Matt Leinart, Jimmy Conners, Logan Tom, Holly McPeak, and Michelle Kwan, just to name a few.
