Exercise Ball or an Exercise Mat
and Workout Bench
The more equipment you have, the easier it is. The above
equipment is the minimum equipment required on your side. I can bring the
weights and resistant bands. If you live in a big apartment building, we may
want to use their gym. If you have a home gym at your location, even better!
