Most people never achieve their personal fitness goals because they don't have the time or the motivation to exercise regularly.  With in-home personal training, you exercise when I arrive at your location (whether you feel like it or not) and you will get a total body workout in only one hour with expert knowledge and coaching to make sure you reach your goals.

A personal trainer might be the best investment and motivational tool. If that home gym you received as a holiday gift is collecting dust, a personal trainer will enable you to put it to good use. In-home personal trainers can be pricey, but they pay quick dividends in a shorter period than training alone to reach your goals.

Some high profile clients prefer to be trained in the privacy of their home gymnasiums. Others prefer to work out in the fully equipped private training studio "BODY USA®" where I work from in Sherman Oaks.

I believe that a client performs best in an environment that feels comfortable and safe. That is why I give all of my clients the freedom to choose their workout location.

The advantages of in-home training are:

  • I will travel to your location!

  • Convenience of your own home or workplace.

  • Work one on one with a knowledgeable personal trainer.

  • No travel time to a gym + no traffic = saving you time.

  • No crowded gyms with people staring at you.

  • No waiting for equipment.

  • No gym fees or memberships. 

  • Being at the privacy of your own home or workplace.

  • I supply the necessary equipment or I will teach you how to safely use your own.

Minimum equipment required on your end is an Exercise Mat and Exercise Ball or an Exercise Mat and Workout Bench

The more equipment you have, the easier it is. The above equipment is the minimum equipment required on your side. I can bring the weights and resistant bands. If you live in a big apartment building, we may want to use their gym. If you have a home gym at your location, even better!

Another technique you may want to consider for in-home training with little or no equipment is Human Resistance Training
