Michael was born in Belgium. He started out as a Martial Artist and soon became a Personal Fitness Trainer / Life and Wellness Coach. Here is his story: At age nine, Michael began to practice Judo. After a few years Michael started to train with top judokas like Robert van de Walle and Ingrid Berghmans and seven years later, Michael earned his Black Belt at age 16 and became the youngest Black Belt ever in Belgium. (You must be 16 years of age to earn a Black Belt Judo in Belgium). While training for his tournaments, Michael started training and mentoring his fellow judo members turning them also into champions. Michael thought them how to include strength training and proper nutrition to win a fight. Several years later, 1994 to be exact, Michael moved to Los Angeles, CA where he pursued a modeling and acting career. At the same time Michael started training people as a Personal Fitness Trainer. He is a Professional Recognized Personal Trainer Member in good standing of IDEA Health & Fitness Association. He has over 15 years of experience and he still takes several Continuing Education Courses every year. He has coached many actors, models and musicians to get in shape for their upcoming movie, photo shoot or album tour.Once Michael moved to Los Angeles he got interested in natural healing, nutrition, life and wellness and he attended many seminars and started to educate himself in these fields. Michael's goal is to help you achieve health, success and get the body you desire. He has been a fitness trainer for over 15 years and has created many custom training programs to get amazing results for his clients. Soon Michael discovered that Strength Training by itself wasn't enough to get his clients in the BEST shape of their lives. It is a combination of Food, Cardio, Strength Training, Nutritional Guidance, Motivation and Great Advice on your Lifestyle. Michael can help you with all of these. He is a great trainer, motivator, mentor and life coach. Michael has so much passion for helping people with the whole package that now he is available for Life Coaching besides Personal Fitness Training. Michael can meet you at your location, his private training studio, a coffee shop, ... you name it and Michael will be there, or he will do phone sessions if those are more convenient for you. Michael believes that a client performs best in an environment that feels comfortable and safe. That is why he gives all of his clients the freedom to choose their location. Here is what Michael recommends to all people. Instead of the regular sit down meetings, Michael believes in his "Walk & Talk" sessions. Michael strongly believes that when you "Walk & Talk" you get: 1. A workout 2. You are more relaxed 3. You still get the same advice as you were sitting in an office Why not combine your consultations with walking? You will feel a lot better afterwards.
