Your First Step
Before you even lace up your workout shoes, the first thing you have to do is to commit to the program every day. No matter what else is going on in your life, remind yourself of your fitness goals and give your workout the priority it deserves. Write it down in your day planner and treat it just like any other appointment that you wouldn't miss. And, if you find yourself falling off the fitness wagon, don't give up.
The Program
When you sign up you'll be committed to 2 or 3 sessions a week for 12 weeks and you will receive homework that includes:
